2 1 272-2583 O-Ring Seal Lubricate the joint surfaces and the O-ring seal with the clean engine oil.
3 14 9L-8925 Bolt Tighten the bolts for the valve cover base in the numerical sequence that is shown in Illustration 3.
4 1 122-1472 Bolt
- - - Apply blue Loctite 242 to the threads of the bolts that fasten the wiring for the electronic unit injectors to the valve cover base.
- - - Orient the connector for the solenoid valve group in the position that is shown in Illustration 4.
5 - - Torque the nut to 10.0 1.5 N m (90 13 lb in).
6 - - Torque the solenoid valve group to 50 5 N m (37 4 lb ft).
