Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install cap (45) and spring (44) on plunger (46).
Install O-ring seal (41) and O-ring seal (43) on piston (42). Install piston (42) and snap ring (40) on plunger (46).

Install valve assembly (39) in case (26). Use Tooling (A) in order to install snap ring (38).

Install O-ring seal (34) on piston (35). Install bolt (33) in piston (35). Install washer (36) on bolt (33). Install spring (37) and piston (35) in case (26).

Install O-ring seal (29) on piston (28). Install spring (27) and piston (28) in case (26).
Install rubber bushing (30), washer (31), and retainer (32) on piston (28).

Install spring (25). Install retainer (24) and nut (23).
Install shim (22).

Install plunger (20), boot (19), and stop (21) on cover (18).

Install cover (18) and bolts (15). Install lever (17). Install pin (16) and cotter pin (14).
