PROBLEM
The existing hydraulic tank filler cap may leak on certain 525D, 535D, 545D, and 555D Wheel Skidders. If the existing hydraulic tank filler cap leaks, it is due to the cap not sealing against the filler neck of the tank because of paint on the filler neck threads.

ACTION REQUIRED
Use a thread file or die to clean the paint from the threads on the filler neck. Add a second 2D-4202 Plate in the cap in order to to space the seal closer to the top of the filler neck.
