Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to shroud assembly (23). The weight of shroud assembly (23) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb). Position shroud assembly (23) in the machine.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to radiator assembly (26). The weight of radiator assembly (26) is approximately 544 kg (1200 lb). Position radiator assembly (26) in the machine.

Install bolts (30) to both sides of radiator assembly (26).

Position bracket (29) to both sides of radiator assembly (26) and install bolts (28). Install bolts (27) to both sides of radiator assembly (26).

Position baffle assembly (25) and install four bolts (24).

Use two people to position shroud assembly (23). Install bolts (22) to both sides of shroud assembly (23).

Connect hose (19) and tighten clamps (18).

Position tube assembly (15) and tighten clamps (14). Install clamp (16).
Repeat Step 8 for the installation of tube assembly (17).

Position tube assembly (11) and tighten clamps (13). Install clamp (12).
Repeat Step 10 for the installation of tube assembly (10).

Position cable assembly (6) and install clamps (5). Connect hose (7) and clamp (8). Tighten clamp (8). Connect hose assembly (9).

Position guard assemblies (1) and guard assembly (4). Install bolts (2) and bolts (3).
Fill the cooling system coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change". End By:
Install the fuel cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Cooler - Remove and Install".
Install the air conditioning condenser. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Refrigerant Condenser - Remove and Install".
Install the cowling. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cowling (Radiator) - Remove and Install".
Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove and Install".
Install the bottom guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Guard (Engine Oil Pan) - Remove and Install".
