Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Inspect the O-ring seals, the seals, and the gaskets. Replace the O-ring seals, the seals, and the gaskets that are worn or damaged.Note: Lubricate the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Use two people in order to install oil cooler (6). The weight of oil cooler (6) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb). Install bolts (5) and bolts (4).

Connect hose assemblies (3).

Connect tube assembly (2).

Install tube assembly (1).
Fill the steering tank with hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Steering System Oil - Change"
Fill the engine cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change". End By:
Remove the wheel chocks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel Chock (Front and Rear) - Remove and Install".
