Remove the crankshaft rear seal.
Remove the aftercooler.
Remove the starters.
Remove the turbo chargers.

Disconnect hose assembly (2) and position out of the way.
Remove hose assembly (6) and bolts (5). Position line (7) out of the way.
Remove bolt (8) and position wiring harness (4) out of the way.
Attach a suitable lifting device to turbo support (1). The weight of turbo support is approximately 191 kg (421 lb). Remove bolts (3) and turbo support (1).
Repeat Step 1, through Step 4 for the remaining turbo support (1).

Remove seals (9).
Remove bolts (11). Remove cover (10). Remove bolts (12). Remove cover (13).

Remove bolts (14). Remove cam gear (15).

Disconnect tube assembly (16).

Disconnect harness assembly (18). Remove bolts (17). Remove cover (19).

Disconnect harness assembly (22). Remove bolt (20). Remove crankshaft position sensor (21).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device onto flywheel housing (24). The weight of flywheel housing (24) is approximately 726 kg (1600 lb). Apply slight lifting tension on flywheel housing (24).

Remove bolts (25) that connect the oil pan to flywheel housing (24).

Remove bolts (26). Remove flywheel housing (24).
