Photo does not show the clutch pump removed.3. Disconnect four hose assemblies (2). Cap or plug immediately.4. Remove two bolts (3).5. Remove auxiliary pump (1) and O-ring. Start By:a. remove auxiliary pump assembly 1. Remove four bolts (1).2. Remove regulator (2). 3. Check two O-rings (3) on regulator (2) for wear or damage. Replace if necessary. 4. Check gasket (4) for wear or damage. Replace if necessary. 5. Remove six bolts (5) and washers.6. Separate housing (6) from housing (7). 7. Remove gasket (8). Remove coupler (9) and oil plate (10). Check gasket for wear or damage. Replace if necessary. 8. If necessary, remove bearing race (11).9. Remove retaining ring (not shown) on opposite side of shaft (12). Remove shaft (12). 10. Remove bearing (13).11. Remove thrust washer (14).12. Remove four bolts (15). Remove plate (16). Repeat on the other side. 13. Remove barrel (17), pistons (18) and piston retainer (19) as a unit. 14. Remove piston retainer (19), pistons (18) and gear washer (20) from barrel (17). 15. Remove three pins (21) if necessary from barrel (17). 16. Place barrel in press. Compress the spring.17. Use Tool (A) to remove retaining ring (22).18. Slowly release the pressure on the spring. 19. Remove retaining ring (22), washer (23), spring (24) and spring seat (25) from barrel (17). 20. Remove two bearing assemblies (26) and O-rings (27) from each side of the housing. Check O-rings for wear or damage. Replace if necessary.
Be sure that the needle bearings do not fall apart during the procedure.
21. Remove swash plate (28). 22. Remove shaft (29) and roller bearing assembly (30). 23. If necessary, press roller bearing assembly (30) off shaft (29). 24. Remove bearing race (31) from roller bearing assembly (30). Inspect needle bearings (32). Replace bearing if necessary. 25. Remove spring/seat (33), bushing (34) and oil seal (35) from the housing. For assembly of the auxiliary pump, reverse the disassembly steps.End By:a. install auxiliary pump
