Install the exhaust elbows (5) and (6) as shown in the Illustrations above with high temp bolts (3) and washers (4). Then install plug (1) onto exhaust elbows (5) and (6).

(10) 236-1655 Exhaust Manifold Gaskets (11) 236-1637 Seal Note: Lubricate clamp threads, bearing surfaces and inside diameter of clamp before assembly with 5P-0960 Molylube. Note: When assembling the bellows to the exhaust elbow and tightening the clamp, take special care in aligning the components.
Install bellows (8) with seals (11) and gaskets (10). Install clamp (7) and clamp (9) onto the bellows (8). Torque clamp nuts to 20 5 N m (15 4 lb ft), then tap clamp lightly all around. Retorque clamp nuts to 20 5 N m (15 4 lb ft).
