Remove hose assemblies (1), (3), (5), and (7).
Remove tube assembly (2).
Remove level sensor (6).
Remove bolts (4), the washers, and the nuts.

Remove hose assemblies (8) and (9).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to heat exchanger (12). The weight of heat exchanger (12) is approximately 89 kg (196 lb).
Remove bolts (10) and washers (11) from the base of heat exchanger (12).
Remove heat exchanger (12) from the engine.
