Lower the bucket to the ground. Release the hydraulic pressure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "System Pressure - Release".

Disconnect clip (1) and reposition hose assembly (2) .

Use Tooling (A) in order to remove retaining ring (4). Remove retaining ring (4), washers (5), and pin (3) .
Retract the tilt cylinder in order to reposition the lower link assembly.

Use Tooling (A) in order to remove retaining rings (6) and (9). Remove retaining rings (6) and (9). Remove washers (7), washers (10), and outer link assembly (8) .

Note: When pin (12) is removed inner link assembly (11) will fall.
Attach a suitable lifting device to tilt cylinder (13). The weight of tilt cylinder (13) is approximately 54 kg (120 lb). Remove pin (12) .Note: When inner link assembly (11) is removed link assembly (14) will fall.
Remove inner link assembly (11) and pin (15) from link (14) .

Use Tooling (A) in order to remove retaining ring (16). Remove retaining ring (16), washers (17), pin assembly (18), and link assembly (14) .

Use Tooling (B) in order to remove bearings (19) and (20). Remove bearings (19) and bearings (20) from link assembly (14) .Installation Procedure
Install the link assemblies in the reverse order of removal.
