Assembly Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Check the condition of all components. Use new parts to replace worn parts or damaged parts.
The compressor housing must remain straight with the turbocharger cartridge during disassembly and assembly. Tilting may cause damage to the tips of the compressor wheel and the compressor shaft.
Connect compressor housing (1) and turbine housing (4) to turbocharger cartridge (3) .
Tighten the nuts on V-band clamps (2) to a torque of 14 1 N m (10 1 lb ft). Lightly tap around the diameter of V-band clamps (2) with a soft hammer.
Tighten the nuts on V-band clamps (2) again. Tighten to a torque of 14 1 N m (10 1 lb ft).End By: Install the turbocharger. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Turbocharger - Install".
