Loosen nut (1) and turn bolt (2) to loosen the belts. Remove the belts.

Remove bolts (4) and bolts (5) to remove belt tensioner (3) from the engine.

Remove bolts (6) and cover (7).

Remove bolt (8) and the washer.
Use Tooling (A) and a suitable press to remove pulley (11) as a unit from shaft (15).
Remove spacer (14) and v-ring seal (13) from pulley (11).
Use a suitable press to remove bearing (9), spacer (10), and bearing (12) from pulley (11).
If necessary, remove shaft (15), nut (1), and bolt (2) from the support bracket. Installation Procedure

If necessary, install shaft (15), bolt (2), and nut (1) in the support bracket. Tighten nut (1) hand tight.
Use a suitable press to install bearing (12), spacer (10), and bearing (9) in pulley (11).
Install v-ring seal (13) and spacer (14) in pulley (11).
Use a suitable press to install pulley (11) as a unit on shaft (15).
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of bolt (8). Install the washer and bolt (8).

Install cover (7) and bolts (6).

Position belt tensioner (3) on the engine and install bolts (5) and bolts (4).

Install the belts. Turn bolt (2) to tighten the belts. Tighten nut (1) to a torque of 200 25 N m (150 18 lb ft).
