Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the side panels. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Side Panel - Remove".

Release the tension on belt tensioner (1) in order to position belt (2) out of the way.

Remove bolts (3) and fan guard (4) .

Loosen four bolts (6) (not shown). Slide fan (5) forward and remove spacer (7). Remove four bolts (6) (not shown). Remove fan (5) .Installation Procedure

Position fan (5) and four bolts (6) (not shown) into the shroud. Install spacer (7) onto fan (5) and four bolts (6). Position spacer (7), fan (5), and four bolts (6) onto the engine. Tighten four bolts (6) .

Install fan guard (4). Install bolts (3). Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 19 2 N m (14 1 lb ft).

Rotate belt tensioner (1) in order to install belt (2) .End By: Install the right side panel. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Side Panel - Install".
