Press down key (6) in order to highlight the menu option "CALIBRATIONS".
When the "CALIBRATIONS" menu is highlighted, press the OK key (8).

Press down key (6) in order to highlight the menu option "RELIEF VALVE".
When "RELIEF VALVE" is highlighted, press the OK key (3). "Attachment Relief Valve"
Note: The following procedure is typical for a "ATCH #1 RLF VALVE" and "ATCH #2 RLF VALVE".

After the OK key is pressed the "RELIEF VALVE" menu will appear.
When the "ATCH #1 RLF VALVE" menu option is highlighted, press the OK key (3).

The monitor will begin to communicate with the ECM. This may take a few moments. When the communication link is established, the monitor will display the calibration screen.

When a pressure gauge is connected to the pressure tap (drive pump) (9), press "OK" key (3). Note: The "HYD OIL TEMP / ENGINE SPEED" screens are available during the process of calibration by pressing the up key (1) or the down key (6).

Hold the attachment controls in the FORWARD position. Press the OK key (3).

Press the right key (5) in order to increase the value. Press the left key (7) in order to decrease the value. Adjust the value until the gauge pressure is within the specification.
Press the device for activation 3 times and release the device for activation 3 times. Note: Pressing the device for activation three times ensures that an accurate reading will result.
Press and hold the device for activation to the FORWARD position. While you hold the device for activation, verify that the setting is correct. If the value of the setting is not correct, repeat Step 5 through Step 8.
When the value is within the specification, press the OK key (3).

After the OK key is pressed the monitor will automatically continue with the tuning of the next pressure value. Hold the attachment controls in the FORWARD position. Press the OK key (3).

Press the right key (5) in order to increase the value. Press the left key (7) in order to decrease the value. Adjust the value until the gauge pressure is within the specification.
Press the device for activation 3 times and release the device for activation 3 times. Note: Pressing the device for activation three times ensures that an accurate reading will result.
Press and hold the device for activation to the FORWARD position. While you hold the device for activation, verify that the setting is correct. If the value of the setting is not correct, repeat Step 11 through Step 13.
When the value is within the specification, press the OK key (3).

Release all controls. When all controls are in the neutral position, press the OK key (3).

The calibration is complete. Press the cancel key (2) in order to exit the process of calibration.

The "ERROR ID" screen will be displayed on the monitor if an error occurs. The process of calibration will not be saved and the process must be restarted.
