Remove panels (1) .

Remove hoses (2). Remove panel (3) .

Remove flexible exhaust pipe (4). Discard clamps after removal.

Disconnect hose (5). Disconnect harness assemblies (6). Remove bracket assembly (7) .

Remove oil feed line (8). Remove oil drain line (9) .

Remove bolts (10). Remove turbo (12) and gasket (11) .Installation Procedure

Install turbocharger in reverse order.

Position turbocharger (12) and new gasket (11). Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of the studs (10). Tighten nuts to a torque of 44 N m (32 lb ft)

Connect tube assembly (9) with a new gasket. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 9 N m (80 lb in). Install bolt (8) into the oil line with new copper washers. Tighten bolt (8) to a torque of 22 N m (195 lb in).
