1. Remove the hood from the machine. Remove the coolant from the radiator to a level below the water temperature regulator. Remove clamps (1) that hold tube (2) at each end. Remove the bolt that holds clip (3) to the fuel tank. Remove tube (2).2. Remove the bolt and the clip that hold tube (4) to the fuel tank.3. Turn valve (10) for fuel supply to the "OFF" position. Disconnect fuel line (8) from the fuel 4. Remove the nut, washer and bolt (6) that hold the fuel tank to the support.5. Fasten a hoist to the fuel tank. Remove the nuts, washers and bolts (5) and (9) that hold the fuel tank to the frame. Remove the fuel tank (7). Weight of empty fuel tank is 325 lb. (146 kg).Install Fuel Tank
1. Fasten a hoist to the fuel tank. Put fuel tank (2) in position on the frame. Install the bolts, washers and the nuts that hold the fuel tank to blocks (4). Install the nut, washer and bolt (7) that hold the fuel tank to the frame on the left side of the machine. 2. Install the bolt, washer and the nut that hold the fuel tank to support (1).3. Connect fuel line (5) to the fuel filter. Turn valve (3) for fuel supply to the "ON" position. 4. Install the clip and bolt (6) that hold the tube to the fuel tank.5. Put the tube in position between the water temperature regulator and the radiator. Install the clamps that hold the tube at each end. Install the clip and the bolt that holds the clip to the fuel tank.6. Fill the radiator with coolant to its correct level. Install the hood on the machine.
