(U) 7Y-7904 Hose Assemblies (V) 134-1552 Tube (W) 4I-7778 Hose Assemblies (M) 142-3922 Boom Lowering Control Valve (1) 176-6753 Hose Assemblies
Remove hoses (U) that are connected to tube (V) .
Connect hoses (1) to tube (V) .
Remove two hoses (W) from the return lines that are connected to valve (M) .
Connect hoses (2) to the control valve (M) .Rework Procedure for 325B
See the Disassembly and Assembly section of the Service Manual before the hydraulic circuit is disassembled.

Remove the following parts from the boom lines: 129-3117 Tube (X), 129-3116 Tube (Y), 129-3113 Tube (Z), 129-3114 Tube (AA) and four 4I-1674 Clips (E). Refer to Illustration 8 for the location of the parts.

Use 7Y-4868 Clips (3) in order to tighten 129-3118 Tube (BB) and 129-3115 Tube (CC). See Illustration 9.
Connect hoses (7), seals (6), and flanges (5) to the boom lowering check valves. Connect hoses (2), seals (6), and flanges (4) to the boom lowering check valves. See Illustration 9.

Remove hoses (DD) that are connected to tube (EE) .
Connect hoses (7) to tube (EE) .
Remove two hoses (W) from the return lines that are connected to valve (M) .
Connect hoses (2) to the control valve (M) .Rework Procedure for 330B

Remove the following parts from the boom lines: 131-2086 Tube (FF), 130-9378 Tube (GG), 130-9377 Tube (HH), 131-2085 Tube (JJ) and four 108-7550 Clips (KK). Refer to Illustration 11 for the location of the parts.

Use 7Y-4868 Clips (3) in order to tighten 131-9747 Tube (LL) and 131-9745 Tube (MM). See Illustration 12.
Connect hoses (8), seals (6), connectors (10), and flanges (9) to the boom lowering check valves. Connect hoses (2), seals (6), and flanges (4) to the boom lowering check valves. See Illustration 12.
