Start By:a. install body retaining pins 1. Fasten a hoist to the rear hood assembly. Remove bolts (2). Remove rear hood assembly (1). The weight of the rear hood assembly is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).2. Position the front hood assembly in the "open" position. 3. Fasten Tool (A) and a hoist to the front hood assembly. Remove the bolts that secure the front hood assembly. Remove front hood assembly (3). The weight of the front hood assembly is approximately 43 kg (95 lb).Install Hood Assemblies
1. Fasten Tool (A) and a hoist to the front hood assembly. Position front hood assembly (3) on the machine. Install the bolts that secure the front hood assembly.2. Place the front hood assembly in the "close" position. 3. Fasten a hoist to the rear hood assembly. Position rear hood assembly (1) on the frame.
