The machine must be on a solid, level surface. 1. Disconnect two sure seal connectors (3).2. Remove four bolts (2) and then remove guard (1). 3. Start the engine and turn the tractor towards the right. Shut the engine off.4. Remove four bolts at both ends of the drive shaft. Remove the drive shaft (4). 5. Disconnect two air lines (7) and two hydraulic lines (6).6. Remove two steering cylinder pins (5) from the steering cylinder. 7. Install part of tooling (A) underneath the rear body frame. 8. Put suitable wooden blocks (8) at the rear body wheels.9. Support the front of the tractor with a lift20truck. Install tooling (B) on the bumper of the truck and then fasten a hoist for added balance. 10. Slide a transmission jack (11) under the tractor hitch for added support.11. Remove bolts (9) and (10) and then remove the two hitch pins.12. With the lift truck, pull the tractor away from the body. 13. Install two 50 ton screw jacks (12) underneath the front bumper of the tractor. 14. Install the other part of tooling (A) underneath the hitch portion of the tractor.15. Remove spacer (13) from the front hitch group.16. Remove spacer (14) from the rear hitch group. 17. Remove bolts (15) and then remove thrust washers (16) from both the front and rear hitch groups.18. Remove the spherical bearings (17) from each hitch group.Connection Of Tractor To Body
1. Install the spherical bearings (17) in each hitch group.2. Install thrust washers (16) with bolts (15) on the front and rear hitch groups. 3. Install spacer (14) on the rear hitch group.4. Install spacer (13) on the front hitch group. 5. Remove the two 50 ton screws jacks (12) from underneath the the front bumper of the tractor. 6. With the aid of the lift truck, tooling (B) and a suitable transmission jack, put the tractor in position on the hitch of the rear body frame.7. Install pins in the hitch assemblies with bolts (9) and (10). 8. Remove the wooden blocks (8) away from the rear wheels. 9. Remove tooling (A) from the rear body frame. 10. Install steering cylinder pins (5).11. Connect two air lines (7).12. Connect two hydraulic lines (6). 13. Install drive shaft (4) with four bolts at each end. 14. Install guard (1) with four bolts (2).15. Connect two sure seal connectors (3).
