Problem
The 4W4599 (Change 1) Brackets can fail during operation. The 4W4599 (Change 2) Brackets have more material in the center section for additional support. The 4W4599 (Change 2) is now used in production.
Action Required
Inspect all 4W4599 Brackets in parts stocks. The 4W4599 Bracket can be identified by the additional material in the center section and by "Chg. 2" after the part number. Remove all Change 1 brackets from parts stocks. WARRANTY ALLOWANCES Submit one claim for all 4W4599 (Change 1) Brackets removed from parts stocks.
Parts Disposition
Dispose of the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
