The control device for the snowblower (A) Control switch for the deflector (B) Control switch for the discharge chuteThis Special Instruction provides the procedure for installing a power source to the control device for the snowblowers. The control device allows adjustment of the deflector and rotation of the discharge chute. Control BoxInstallation
Test the power source.
Turn the engine start switch to the ON position.
Measure the voltage at the receptacle for harness (2). The voltage should be 12 VDC.Note: If no voltage is measured, check the fuse, and the harness connections.
Ensure that the polarity of the voltage is correct.Note: Failure to observe the correct polarity of the voltage between the host machine and the snowblower will result in a blown fuse and/or damage to the electrical components. See Table 2.

Install the harness. Then secure the harness with cable straps.
