Install spacer (34). Install plate (32). Install bolts (30) in order to hold spacer (34). Install pin (33). Align holes in pin (33) with the hole in plate (32) .
Install two bolts (31) and tighten to a torque of 135 14 N m (100 10 lb ft). Remove bolts (30). Measure the gap between plate (32) and the case and the frame assembly with Tooling (K) .
Remove bolts (31) and remove plate (32). Install the recorded shims from the previous step minus 0.25 mm (0.010 inch) on plate (32) .
Install plate (32). Install bolts (30) and tighten to a torque of 120 20 N m (89 15 lb ft). Apply Tooling (L) to bolts (31) and torque on a diagonal sequence to 240 40 N m (177 30 lb ft).

Install pin (28) .
Connect tube assembly (27) .
Install bolts (26) .

Remove Tooling (C) from front frame assembly (8) .
Disconnect the lift truck from the rear of the machine.

Install the mounting hardware that holds hose assemblies (7) to front frame assembly (6) .

Install pin (5). Repeat this step for the opposite side.
Connect hose assemblies (4). Repeat this step for the opposite side.
Install bolt (2) and washer (3). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Remove Tooling (A) from front wheels (1) .
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Level - Check" for the correct procedure.
Charge the air conditioning system. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.End By:
Install the guards. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Guards - Remove and Install".
Install the hydraulic tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Tank - Remove and Install" .
Install the pump drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Pump Drive Shaft - Remove and Install".
Install the ripper. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Ripper - Install".
