Tighten the filter until the seal contacts the base. Hand tighten the filter for an additional 3/4 turn (270 degrees).

Tighten the bolts to a torque of 28 7 N m (21 5 lb ft).
Again, tighten the bolts to a torque of 28 7 N m (21 5 lb ft).
