Install seal (23) and seal (24) .Note: Seal (23) must point toward the outside and seal (24) must point toward the inside. Apply Tooling (F) to the surface between seals (23) and (24) .

Install bearing cup (22) .

Raise the temperature of bearing cone (21) .
Install housing (20) and bearing cone (21) .
Apply Tooling (G) to nut (17) .
Use Tooling (D) in order to install nut (17) .
Tighten nut (17) to a torque of 1000 N m (738 lb ft).
Install setscrews (18). Tighten setscrews to a torque of 15 N m (11 lb ft).
Install springs (12), seal (13), seal (14), seal (15), and dowels (16) .Note: Install dowels (16) with the spherical end up.

Install plate (11) .

Install ring (9) and rotor (10) .Note: The reference marks on rotor (10) must be legible from the same side.

Install seals (8) and dowels (6) into piston (7) .

Install bearing cone (5) and piston (7) .

Note: Make sure that the piston is properly aligned during the installation of cover assembly (4) .
Use Tooling (E) in order to install cover assembly (4) .

Install bolts (3) .

Apply Tooling (G) to the threads of bolts (1) .
Install manifold (2) and bolts (1) .
