Special Instruction, SMHS7872, "Installing Bevel Gear, Differential and Differential Case (Flange Half)". Step 2 is incorrect. Replace Step 2 with the following step.
Inspect the dowel holes in the bevel gear and the differential case. Ensure that the holes are aligned. Install the 1S-9292 Dowels. Ensure that the dowels fit correctly. Note: Ream the holes to the correct dimensions if there is a problem with the alignment or the fit. Refer to Table 1 for the correct dimensions. Install new 7D-0227 Dowels in the holes that were reamed.
