2. Remove the four bolts (1) from bracket.3. Pull the blade out far enough to fasten a hoist.4. Fasten a hoist and remove blade. Weight of blade is 2400 lb. (1090 kg). 5. Remove the bolts (2), block (3), and wear strip. Removal of top wear strip will make the installation of blade easier.Install Blade
1. Fasten a hoist and put blade into position on machine.2. Pull the blade to the left until bracket on sideshift cylinder is in alignment with blade.3. Install the four bolts that hold bracket to the blade. 4. Install the top wear strip (1), block, and three bolts.
