1. Disconnect two fuel lines (1) from fuel transfer pump (2). Cap and plug all openings immediately.2. Remove tube assembly (3).3. Remove four bolts (4), and remove fuel transfer pump (2). 4. Remove O-ring seal (5) from fuel transfer pump (2). The following steps are for the installation of the fuel transfer pump. 5. Replace all O-ring seals with new seals and lubricate all seals lightly with engine oil. Install O-ring seal (5) on fuel transfer pump (2). 6. Put fuel transfer pump (2) in position, and install four bolts (4). Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 16 1 N m (142 9 lb in).7. Install new O-ring seals on the fittings of fuel transfer pump (2), and connect two fuel lines to fuel transfer pump (2).8. Install tube assembly (3).9. Open the fuel main supply valve. Prime the fuel system. Refer to the Operation & Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure on priming the fuel system.
