Lower the stabilizers to the ground. Do not lower the stabilizers enough to support the machine. Place the transmission in NEUTRAL. Engage the parking brake. Stop the engine. Install a warning tag on the machine.
Attach a suitable lifting strap around the top side of the stabilizer cylinder. Attach the other end of the lifting strap to a suitable hoist. Raise the hoist so that the lifting strap supports the weight of the cylinder. The weight of the cylinder is approximately 62 kg (137.0 lb).
Remove the bolt (1), the washer (2) and the spacer (3) that retains the pin. Remove the pin from the front of the stabilizer frame.
Install the pin from the back of the stabilizer frame. Align the bolt hole on the pin with the tapped hole that is in the stabilizer frame. Install the spacer (3), the washer (2) and the bolt (1) that retains the pin.
Lower the hoist so that the weight of the cylinder is on the pin. Remove the lifting strap. Remove the warning tag.
Repeat this procedure on the other side of the stabilizer frame.
Test the operation of the stabilizers.
