Note: Pack all bearings with 5P-0960 Molybdenum Grease when the bearings are installed .
Use Tooling (B) and install bearing (36), bearing (35), and lip type seal (34) into housing (43).
Partially slide shaft (37) into housing (43). Install lever (42) and woodruff key (39) on shaft (37) .
Use Tooling (A) to install retaining ring (41). Install washer (40) .
Position lever (42) over woodruff key (39) on shaft (37) and slide shaft (37) into housing (43) all the way.
Install washer (33). Use Tooling (A) to install retaining ring (32). Tighten bolt (38) .
Repeat Steps 1 through 5 for the remaining shaft assembly.

Install plate (29), washers (30), and bolts (31). Install electrical connector (28). The limit switch is installed with plate (29) .

Install bracket (25), washers (26), and bolts (27). Connect electrical connection (24) .

Install spacer (21) and link (20). Install spacers (19), washers (18), and bolts (17). Install washers (22) and locknuts (23) .
Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.

Use the previous alignment marks and install spring (16) and spring (15) .

Install O-ring seal (12), rotary sensor (13), and bolts (14). Install O-ring seal (11), rotary sensor (10), and bolts (9).

Install decelerator pedal (8) and bolt (7) on the bottom shaft. Install brake pedal (5) and bolt (6) on the top shaft.
Install gasket (4), plate (3), rubber mounting pad (2), and bolts (1) .End By: Install the decelerator and brake control group. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Decelerator and Brake Control - Install".
