Make sure all the pressure in the system is released before any lines are disconnected.
2. Disconnect tube assembly (1) from the neutralizer control valve.3. Disconnect oil line (2) from the neutralizer control valve. 4. Remove tube assembly (3) and disconnect oil line (4). 5. Disconnect rod end (5) from the neutralizer control valve.6. Remove neutralizer control valve (6) from the plate.Install Transmission Neutralizer Control Valve
1. Put neutralizer control valve (1) in position on the plate and install the three bolts that hold it. 2. Connect rod end (2) to the neutralizer control valve. 3. Connect oil line (4) and install tube assembly (3) to the neutralizer control valve. 4. Connect tube assembly (5) and oil line (6) to the neutralizer control valve.5. Install the cover plates behind the operator's station.Disassemble Transmission Neutralizer Control Valve
start by:a) remove transmission neutralizer control valve 1. Remove bolts (1) and cover (2) from the valve body. Remove the O-ring seals from the cover. 2. Remove spring (3) from the valve body.3. Remove spacer (5), shims (4), retainer (8), spring (7) and retainer (6) from the valve body. 4. Remove valve stem (9) and valve stem (10) from the valve body.5. Remove the nut and retainer from the valve stem (9). 6. Remove seal (11) from the valve body.7. Remove plug (12). Remove the O-ring seal from the plug.Assemble Transmission Neutralizer Control Valve
1. Make sure all of the parts are clean. Put clean hydraulic oil on all of the parts of the valve.2. Inspect the O-ring seals for damage and make replacements if needed. 3. Install the O-ring seal on plug (1). Install plug (1). Tighten the plug to a torque of 80 lb.ft. (110 N m). Install a new lip type seal in the valve body with tooling (A). Install the seal until it makes contact with the counterbore in the body and with the lip of the seal toward the inside of the body. 4. Install retainer (3) on stem (2) as shown. Install the nut that holds it. Tighten the nut to a torque of 35 3 lb.ft. (45 4 N m).5. Install valve stem (2) and spring (4) in the valve body.6. Install valve stem (6), retainer (7), spring (8) and retainer (9) in the valve body.7. Install the O-ring seals in cover (5). Install spacer (11) and shims (10) in cover (5). Install cover (5) on the valve body.end by:a) install transmission neutralizer control valve
