These components must be free of the following substances: oil, fuel, water, gasket adhesive, assembly compounds and any other foreign material. Apply Loctite 587 Blue High Performance RTV Silicon Gasket Maker to fill the space between the following components: flywheel housing, cylinder block and engine oil pan. Apply Loctite 587 Blue High Performance RTV Silicon Gasket Maker to the bottom of the joint of the flywheel housing prior to installation. (1) To tighten the flywheel housing bolts, use the procedure that follows:
