Track bolt may have inconsistent coatings for the machines listed above. Due to the inconsistent coatings, the amount of torque required on the track bolt may differ.Solution
Do not operate or work on this product unless you have read and understood the instruction and warnings in the relevant Operation and Maintenance Manuals and relevant service literature. Failure to follow the instructions or heed the warnings could result in injury or death. Proper care is your responsibility.
Use the following procedure in order to tighten the 144-0805 Track Bolt:

144-0805 Track Bolt
(1) Stamped with "5F"
(2) Stamped with "ATC"
Tighten the bolts stamped with "5F" (1) to 650 N m (480 lb ft). Again turn the bolt to 120 5 degrees.
Tighten the bolts stamped with "ATC" (2) to 550 N m (405 lb ft). Again turn the bolt to 120 5 degrees.Refer to the media listed above.
