Use a suitable press to install shaft (48) into arm assembly.
Use a suitable hammer and punch to install dowels (49). Note: Align the notches in the shaft with the dowel holes in arm assembly during installation.

Lubricate O-ring seal (46) with lubricant being sealed. Install O-ring seal (46) and spacer (45).

Lubricate the sealing lip of lip seal (44) with lubricant being sealed
Install spacer (41), ball bearing (40), ball bearing (43), and lip seal (44) into pulley (42).

Fill cavity (53) with Tooling (B).

Install pulley assembly (39), washer (38), and bolts (37). Install gasket (36), cover (35), and bolts (34).

Install arm assembly (33), plate (32), and bolt (31).

Install plates (24) and (26). Install spacers (27) and (28).
Install pins (23) and (25). Install cotter pins (29) and (30).

Install retainers (21), pins (20), and cotter pins (22) onto spring assembly (17).

Install spring assembly (17). Install washers (19) and (16). Install nuts (18) and (15).

Lubricate O-ring seal (14) with lubricant that is being sealed. Install O-ring seal (14) and spacer (13).

Pack ball bearing (8) and ball bearing (11) with Tooling (B). Install spacer (9), ball bearing (8), ball bearing (11), and lip seal (12).

Apply Tooling (A) to threads of bolt (5). Install hub assembly (7), washer (6) and bolt (5).

Attach a suitable lifting device to pulley. The weight of pulley is approximately 21 kg (46 lb). Apply Tooling (A) to threads of bolts (3). Install pulley (4) and bolts (3).
