Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the Backhoe from the host machine. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Installation".
Remove the stick. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Stick - Remove and Install".
Remove the boom. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Boom - Remove and Install".

Remove pin (1). Remove pin (2) .
Repeat step 1 for the opposite cylinder.
Position the stabilizer frame on the face of the frame.

Attach a suitable lifting device (3) to the swing frame (5). The swing frame weighs 84 kg (185 lb).
Remove locknuts and two bolts (4). Remove the swing frame (5) .Installation Procedure

Use a suitable lifting device (3) to install the swing frame (5) into position. The swing frame weighs 84 kg (185 lb).Note: Feed the hydraulic lines through the swing frame during installation.
Install the bolts and two locknuts (4). Tighten to a torque of 220 N m (162 lb ft).
Position the stabilizer frame back to the upright position.

Install pin (2). Install pin (1) .
Repeat step 4 for the opposite cylinder.End By:
Install the boom. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Boom - Remove and Install".
Install the stick. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Stick - Remove and Install".
