Rack the bucket fully back.
Lower the bucket to the ground.
Depress the throttle until an engine speed of 750 rpm is reached.

Ease the lift lever into the detent.Note: Hold the throttle constant, as large variations in engine speed can cause a poor determination of the effect of velocity.
Raise the bucket at 750 rpm. If the screen does not change, lower the bucket to the ground, rack the bucket to the stops, and repeat the 750 rpm lift. Repeat the 750 rpm lift until the screen advances.

Once the bucket has reached full lift height, the system will prompt the operator to raise the bucket at 1100 rpm.

Repeat the Steps 2 through 6 at the following rpm:

1700 or high idleOnce the 1700 rpm lift is completed, the screen will change.After the completion of the full bucket velocity calibration, the "Calibration Weight Entry Required" screen will be displayed. This screen reminds the operator to enter the calibration weight to complete the process of calibration.Note: If the screen does not change engine speed, lower the bucket to the ground, rack the bucket to the stops, and repeat the requested lift.

Press the OK button.
Enter the calibration weight.PCS will not calculate weights until the calibration weight has been entered. See System Operations, "Calibration Weight Entering" for details on entering the calibration weight.

Zero Timer Expired > Perform Zero screen
Press the "OK" button when the"Perform a Zero" screen is displayed.
Follow the instructions under Systems Operation, "Zero Operation" to zero the bucket.Recalibration
Recalibration of the system is required when one of the following events occur:
Replacement of the Implement ECM
Replacement or adjustment of the position sensor
Replacement of the head of the lift cylinder
Replacement of the sensor that is located at the rod end of the lift cylinder
Replacement of the bucket
Modifications to the bucket
Modifications to the lift linkage
Aborting a calibrationAborting a Calibration
The calibration procedure can be aborted in the following instances:
The calibration procedure is being performed incorrectly.
The operator desires to stop the calibration procedure.The abort process is described below.
Press the Back button to abort the calibration.Note: A warning message should appear for a few seconds.

Empty Bucket Lift Calibration > Calibration Aborted screen
Press the OK button once to return to view error report.Note: Only the specific calibration will be erased. All other previously performed calibrations will be retained. The erased calibration can be performed again to complete the process of calibration. If the calibration aborted was the first calibration run, then the system does not require recalibration due to the abort.
