Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Inspect all O-rings, seals, and gaskets for wear and damage. Replace if necessary.

Attach a suitable lifting device to engine oil cooler tube assembly (17). The weight of engine oil cooler (17) is approximately 83 kg (183 lb).
Position engine oil cooler (17).

Install four bolts (19) and two bolts (20).
Position elbow (21) and install four bolts (18) and two bolts and retainer (22).

Lubricate the O-rings on tube (17) lightly with engine oil.
Position and install tube (17).
Position housing and adapter (15) and install three bolts (16) and four bolts (14).

Position tube and adapter assembly (5).
Install clamp (2) onto cup (3).
Tighten clamp (2) to a torque of 12 0.5 N m (106 4 lb in).
Install eight bolts (7) and two bolts (6).
Install two bolts and clips (1) and (4).

Position tube assembly (11) and install four bolts (8) and two bolts (10).
Install clip (9).
Check the oil level in the engine. Add engine oil, if necessary. Fill the coolant system to the correct level with coolant. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.
