10. Carefully, remove the bolts and cover (22) from body (1). 11. Remove spring (26), plunger (25) and sleeve (24) from body (1). 12. Use tool (A), and remove snap ring (29) from sleeve (24). Remove spacers (28), spring (27) and spool (30) from sleeve (24). 13. Remove ring (33), shims (31) and spring (32) from spool (30). 14. Remove retainer (37), spring (36), retainer (35) and piston (34) from body (1). 15. Remove ring (40), washer (39) and springs (38) and (41) from piston (34). 16. Remove spool assembly (44), spacers (43) and springs (42) and (46) from body (1).17. Remove slug (45) from spool assembly (44). 18. Use tool (A), and remove snap ring (50) from spool assembly (44). Remove retainer (48), spring (47) and plunger (49) from the spool assembly. 19. Remove pin (52) and the stop from the body.20. Remove valve (51) from the body. 21. Remove O-ring seal (53) from valve (51).22. Remove dowel (54) and ball (55) from valve (51). 23. Disconnect rod end assembly (56) from lever assembly (57). 24. Remove the bolt and lever (59) from shaft (61). Remove the key from the shaft.25. Remove bolt (58). Remove shaft (61) from lever (60). 26. Remove bolt (62) and rod end assembly (56) from lever (60). 27. Remove bolt (63) and lever assembly (57) from the manifold assembly. 28. Remove shaft (70) from lever assembly (57). Remove O-ring seal (68) from the shaft.29. Remove snap ring (71) with tool (B).30. Remove roller (69) from the pin.31. Use tool (B), and remove snap rings (64) and (67). Remove pin (66) from lever assembly (57).32. If necessary, remove two bearings (65) from the lever assembly. 33. Remove the plug, seal (73) and two bearings (72) and (74) from the manifold assembly.Assemble Clutch Control Valve (Direct Drive)
1. Clean and inspect all parts. Replace all parts that are worn or damaged.
To prevent damage to bearings (72) and (74), drive only on the stamped end of the bearings.
2. Use tool (C), and install bearing (72) until it is 2.0 0.5 mm (.08 .02 in) from the inside surface of the manifold assembly.3. Install the plug behind bearing (72) with tool (C) until it is 25.0 0.5 mm (.98 .02 in) from the inside surface of the manifold assembly.4. Use tool (C) and install bearing (74) until it is 13.0 0.5 mm (.51 .02 in) below the outside surface of manifold assembly (3).5. Use tool (C), and install seal (73) in manifold assembly (3). Install the seal with the lip of the seal toward the inside of the manifold assembly as shown. Put clean oil on the lip of the seal.
To prevent damage to bearings (65) when they are installed, drive only on the stamped end of the bearing.
6. Use tool (C) and install two bearings (65) in lever assembly (57). Install the bearings until they are 3 1 mm (.118 .039 in) below the outside surface of the
