Lubricate the Fittings
1. Place the machine implements in the servicing position as shown to allow greasing of all front pins. 2. Through the four fittings in the manifold near the boom base, grease the lower boom bearing (1), the boom cylinder rod at two positions (2) and (4) and the stick cylinder head (3). 3. Lubricate four fittings on the boom cylinder bases. 4. Lubricate the fittings (1) on the stick cylinder rod, (2) at the connection of the boom and stick and (3) on the bucket cylinder base. 5. Lubricate three fittings (1), (2) and (3) on the link. 6. Lubricate two fittings (1) and (2) on the bucket.
