Installation of Cylinder Mounting Group
1. Install 4T7459 Support Assembly (RH) (1) to the tractor with 8G5427 Bushing (2), 8G5428 Pin (3), 4T0231 Retainer and 0S1595 Bolt.2. Install 4T7457 Link Assembly (4) to the tractor and support assembly (1) with 3G8900 Pins (5), 4T0231 Retainers and 0S1595 Bolts.3. Install the head end of the lift cylinder to the support assembly (1) with 3G8917 Pin (6), 4T0231 Retainer and 0S1595 Bolt.4. Install 8G5501 Handle (RH) (7) with 0S1621 Bolts and 5P8245 Washers.5. Install 4T7460 Support Assembly (LH) (8) in a similar manner.Installation of Bulldozer
1. Remove existing cover from the roller frame and install 7T7705 Cover (2) with 5P1979 Seal, 0S1621 Bolts (3) and 5P8245 Washers. Tighten bolts (3) to 100 15 N m (75 10 lb ft).2. Install 1U4434 Trunnion Assembly (1) with 1A8651 Bolts (4) and 5P8247 Washers. Tighten bolts (4) to 200 25 N m (150 20 lb ft). 3. Put the dozer blade in a level position. Remove all paint and dirt from the bearing surfaces.4. Install 4T3569 Arm Assembly (RH) (5) to the dozer blade with 4J0121 Cap (6), 0S1756 Bolts, 3J6572 Shims and 4F2710 Nuts. Use shims as required to obtain 0.3 to 0.8 mm (0.012 to 0.031") clearance with blade trunnion balls.5. Install 4T3573 Brace Assembly (7) to arm assembly (5) with 3F6185 Pin (8), 4F0255 Pin and 3B4626 Cotter.6. Install brace assembly (7) to the dozer blade with 4J0121 Cap (9), 0S1756 Bolts, 3J6572 Shims and 1B4331 Nuts. Use shims as required to obtain 0.3 to 0.8 mm (0.012 to 0.031") clearance with blade trunnion balls.7. Measuring from the center of pin (8) to the edge of cap (9), adjust brace assembly (7) to a dimension (A) of 966 mm (38").8. Install 4T3572 Arm Assembly (LH) in a similar manner.9. Install 3G6643 Cage (10) with 9M1328 Bearing, 1K6985 Ring, 3G6644 Retainer, 1D4588 Bolts and 5P8247 Washers.10. Install 7T8322 Link Assembly (11) with 8H8898 Pins and 3B4630 Cotters.11. Move the tractor into position between the arm assemblies.12. Connect the arm assemblies to the trunnions with 6F3183 Caps (12), 3B6753 Bolts and 4F2710 Nuts.13. Connect the lift cylinders to the dozer blade in locations (B) with 4J0121 Caps, 3J6572 Shims, 3K3318 Bolts and 2J3506 Nuts.14. Check oil in hydraulic tank and fill if necessary. Cycle cylinders full stroke in both directions to purge air from lines and cylinders. Refill hydraulic tank to full mark.
