A 165-2601 Silicon Sealant -
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
The engine can start automatically. Ensure that the power supply is isolated before any service or repairs is performed.
Drain the coolant from the cooling system to a level below the coolant level switch, into a suitable container for storage or for disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedure.

Disconnect harness assembly (3) from coolant level switch (2).
Remove coolant level switch (1) from expansion tank (1).
Remove sealing washer (1) from coolant level switch (2). Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Install coolant level switch (2) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (A) to threads of the coolant level switch (2).
