2     1     298-6947 U-Cup Seal     Lubricate the sealing lip lightly with lubricant that is being sealed.    
3     1     141-0713 Lip Type Seal     Lubricate the sealing lip lightly with lubricant that is being sealed.    
4     1     295-8096 Head     Lubricate threads lightly with oil and tighten to
325 25 N m (240 18 lb ft).    
D     -     -     Bore of cap end is

5     -     -     Before assembly, apply green Loctite 609 to wiper seal groove.    
6     1     9X-6611 Socket Setscrew     Apply Loctite 243 to threads.
Torque to
25 5 N m (221 44 lb in).    
7     1     144-9491 Wear Ring     Before assembly, apply Loctite 638 to wear band groove.    
8     2     162-0177 Plug As     Before tightening, clean threads.
Torque to
25 N m (221 lb in).    
E     -     -     Length of stroke is
935.0 1.5 mm (36.81 0.06 inch).
