Locate the hole locations for mounting the license plate kit on the respective machines as shown in the Illustration 1, Illustration 2, Illustration 3, and Illustration 4.
Drill two holes of a diameter 7.0 mm (0.28 inch) and one hole of a diameter 21.0 mm (0.83 inch) on the machine engine enclosure as shown in the Illustration 1, Illustration 2, Illustration 3, and Illustration 4.Mounting the registration plate lamp group on the bracket Assembly

Remove the top glass on the registration plate lamp group (1).
Install the registration plate lamp group (1) on the bracket assembly (6) by using grommet (2), two washers (5), two nuts (4) and two screws (3) and tighten to a torque of 1.70 0.25 N m (15.05 2.21 lb in).

Position the mounting kit on the holes which are already drilled.
Install the mounting kit on the enclosure door of the engine where two holes of diameter 7.0 mm (0.28 inch) is drilled using two screws (7).Connecting the mounting kit harness with the platform harness

Route the lighting harness assembly (8) through drilled hole as shown in Illustration 1. Indicated as (F).
Disconnect RL-C22 (J) connector from the 258-0930 Stop and Tail Lamp Gp.
Connect the LJ-C2 (H) connector of lighting harness assembly (8) to the RL-C22 (J) of the left platform harness. Refer Table 3 and 2 to confirm connector configuration.

Connect the 258-0930 Stop and Tail Lamp Gp (K) to the LJ-C3 (L) connector of lighting harness assembly (8). Refer Table 4 to confirm connector configuration.
