Both photos show the left access door, the vibratory pump is on the right side. The procedure for removal of the door is the same on both sides.1. Raise the right access door. Use two people to remove two stops (1) from the right access door and install a lifting strap as shown.2. Remove the bolts that fasten right access door (2) to the hood. Use a suitable lifting device to remove the right access door. The weight of the door is 50 kg (110 lb). 3. Remove panel (3). 4. Attach a hose to valve (5). Drain hydraulic tank (4) into a suitable container. The capacity of the hydraulic tank is 117.5 liters (31 gallons). 5. Remove panel (6). 6. Disconnect hose (8). Cap or plug immediately.7. Disconnect hoses (9) and (13). Cap or plug immediately.8. Disconnect hose (16). Cap or plug immediately.9. Disconnect hose (14). Cap or plug immediately.10. Disconnect hose (12). Cap or plug immediately.11. Remove bolt (11) and P-clamp.12. Remove bolt (15) and P-clamp.13. Disconnect electrical connection (17).14. Attach a strap and a suitable lifting device to vibratory pump (18).15. Remove bolt (19).16. Remove two bolts (10).17. Remove two bolts (7).18. Remove vibratory pump (18) and adapter from the engine. The weight of the vibratory pump is approximately 44 kg (97 lb). For installation of the vibratory pump, reverse the removal steps.19. Fill the hydraulic tank to the correct level.
