Loosen clamp (2) and remove hose assembly (3) .
Loosen clamp (4) and remove precleaner assembly (1) .

Open the access panel to the air cleaner on the left side of the machine. Remove air cleaner cover (5) .

Remove primary air filter element (6) .

Remove secondary air filter element (7) .

Open access panel (9). Remove bolts from access panel (10) .
Repeat Step 6 in order to open the access panels on the other side of the machine.
Remove hose assembly (11) from air cleaner indicator (12) .
Attach a suitable lifting device and suitable lifting slings to hood assembly (8). Remove the bolts and remove the hood assembly from the machine. The weight of the hood assembly is approximately 104 kg (230 lb).

Loosen clamps (13) and remove hose (17) from air cleaner (15) .
Remove hose (14) from air cleaner (15) .
Remove bolts (16) and remove air cleaner (15) .Installation Procedure

Install air cleaner (15) and bolts (16) .
Install hose (14) on air cleaner (15) .
Install hose (17) on air cleaner (15) and tighten clamps (13) .

Attach a suitable lifting device and suitable lifting slings to hood assembly (8). Install the hood assembly on the machine and install the bolts. The weight of the hood assembly is approximately 104 kg (230 lb).
Install hose assembly (11) on air cleaner indicator (12) .
Close access panel (10) and install the bolts. Close access panel (9) .
Repeat Step 6 in order to close the access panels on the other side of the machine.
