Installation Procedure

Install pilot operated hydraulic control (18) into the support assembly.

Install two bolts (16) through bracket (17) and into the support assembly. Bolts (16) secure bracket (17) to the support assembly.

Place support assembly in position. Install four bolts and the washers (15) through the side of the machine and into the support assembly. Bolts (15) secure a portion of the support assembly.

Place the pilot operated hydraulic control in position. Install three allen head screws and the washers (14) .

Install six hydraulic lines (11), (10), (9), (8), (7) and (6) .Note: Install the rear hydraulic lines first.Note: Check that the correct hydraulic line is being installed.

Connect three electrical connectors (5), (4) and (3) .

Move boot (13) into position. Install strap (12). Strap (12) will secure boot (13) .

Install cover (2) in position. Secure cover (2) with four screws (1) .
Repeat steps 1 through 8 for the opposite side of the machine.End By: Lower the cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cab - Tilt".
