Install block (13) on bracket (8) and install two bolts (10) .

Install arm assembly (7) and roll pin (5), and spring (4) .
Apply Tool (A) on setscrew (6) and install the setscrew.
Use the following procedure in order to configure the block assembly:
Apply Tool (A) on the threads of setscrew (L).
Position the setscrew so the setscrew is flush with the inside of the setscrew opening.
Apply Tool (A) to the setscrew (H) .
Position the setscrew so the setscrew is flush with the inside of the setscrew opening.
Turn the high setscrew clockwise 6.25 turns.
Use the following procedure in order to install the sensor to the block.
Connect a nine volt power supply harness to the sensor and to Tool (B) .
Configure Tool (B) to the duty cycle.
Measure the sensor's minimum duty cycle. Record the position of the sensor's minimum duty cycle. Measure the sensor's maximum duty cycle. Record the sensor's maximum duty cycle.
Install the sensor to the block assembly and install the two screws.
Test the sensor in order to ensure that the block is protecting the position sensor by measuring the minimum duty cycle and the maximum duty cycle.
The minimum position of the sensor's duty cycle should be approximately 9% to 11%.
The maximum position of the sensor's duty cycle should be approximately 92.5% to 95%. The measured maximum value from Step 5.e is less than the measured maximum value in Step 5.c. The duty cycle should fluctuate from 10% to 92.5% in which provides 61.2 degrees of block travel.
