The coolant level in the radiator is low.
The cooling fan RPM is too slow because of a leaky bypass valve.
The fan drive gear motor has failed.
The vibratory gear pump has failed.
The engine temperature sensor may be faulty or out of calibration.Note: If the vibratory gear pump has failed, the performance of the vibratory system will also be affected.The hydraulic oil is overheating.
