Hot oil and components can cause personal injury.Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin.
The problem is the high hydraulic oil temperature that is above the acceptable range.The probable cause may be listed below.Mechanical Problems
The oil level is low.
The hydraulic pressure is too high or too low.
The hydraulic oil filter is clogged.
The hydraulic oil cooler is plugged by debris that is between the radiator and the oil cooler.
The bypass valve for air could be stuck open.
The oil bypass valve could be stuck open.
The case drain pressure is too high due to excessive leakage in the motor and/or the pump.
There is a restriction in the hydraulic oil circuit.
There are heavy hydraulic loads on one or more of the systems.
The wrong type of hydraulic oil was used.The problem is a sluggish response.The probable cause may be listed below.Mechanical Problems
Low supply pressure.
The bypass valve is faulty.
The oil filter is clogged.
The control valve is faulty.
The relief valves of the pump and motor are faulty.
There is an excessive load on the system.
The pump or the motor is faulty.
The wrong type of hydraulic oil was used.
The machine is cold or the hydraulic oil temperature is not to operating temperature.
The charge pressure is low.
