Removal Procedure

Remove four bolts (2), the four washers, and four walkway assemblies (1).

Remove the four bolts, the four washers, and plate assembly (3).

If equipped, disconnect the two harness assemblies from the rear lights.
Remove the five bolts, the five washers, and right cover assembly (4).
Remove the five bolts, the five washers, and rear cover assembly from the left side of the screed.

Remove the four bolts, the four washers, and tube assembly (5).
Remove the four bolts, the four washers, and tube assembly (6).
Repeat the tubes from the left side of the screed.

Remove the cable strap. Remove the two bolts, the two washers, and grease block (7).

Use two people or use a suitable lifting device to remove platform support (8). The weight of platform support (8) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb). Remove the four bolts, the four washers, and platform support (8).

Use two people or use a suitable lifting device to remove platform support (9). The weight of platform support (9) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Remove the four bolts, the four washers, and platform support (9). Installation Procedure
Install platform support (8) and platform support (9) in the reverse order of removal.
