Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Note: Install idler gear (18) in the original orientation.
Install driven gear (19) and idler gear (18) in body (17) .
Install bearing (20) in body (17) .
Install O-ring seal (21) in body (17) .
Install cover (22) on body (17) .
Install studs (8) .
Install shaft seal (23), tab washer (24), and shaft seal (25) in cover (22) .
Install retainer (4) and bearing (16) in body (17) .
Install O-ring seals (3) and rings (2) in body (17) .
Install body (9) and nuts (7) .
Install O-ring seal (6) on plug (5) .
Install plug (5) in body (9) .
Install spring (10), orifice (11), spool (12), and orifice (13) in body (9) .
Install O-ring seal (15) on plug (14) .
Install plug (14) in body (9) .
